The P01 is my all time favorite handgun, outside of crazy match guns that aren’t really concealable. I carry one, and I’ve shot it competitively. As far as recoil, A 9mm, is a 9mm, but it handles recoil very well. It isn’t THAT light, we’re talking about a double stack, 3.8inch barrel gun.
Overall Appearance. The SP-01 sports a full-length steel dust cover. Unlike a standard 75B, the trigger guard is relieved and the rear grip tang/beaver tail is upswept, allowing a higher, more comfortable grip. The slide rides inside the frame, resulting in a slide that appears short to the uninitiated.

Accuracy @ 35 yards goes to CZ, but again, it's closer than one may think. Offhand 5 shot comparison, CZ put 2 in the 10 ring, 3 in the 9 ring. G34 put 3 in the 9, and 2 in the 8 ring. CZ is a nicer gun.
Over the last few decades, CZ has released dozens of CZ75 variants—from the subcompact CZ2075 RAMI to the SP-01 Shadow, the hard-hitting CZ97B in .45 ACP, the CZ-75 Shadow and the competition-ready TS Czechmate. But while there’s a whole family of CZ75 pistols, that’s just the beginning …
Both the SP-01 and SP-01 tactical can accept a rail mounted accessory such as a light or laser, and come standard with 18 round mags. The grip plates are sort of rubberized, and feel pretty nice in the hand. The SP-01 has a safety and no decocker, while the SP-01 Tactical has a decocker, no safety.
The Gen 4 Glock is likely to be built with the .40 S&W in mind, with the 9mm, .357 Sig, etc. adopting the same frame. It is possible that the Glock engineers have taken the old frame and reinforced it internally, so the guns will maintain the same outward appearance and holster fit. However, a new frame with a new look is a possibility.
The CZ P01(based on the CZ 75) is offered in its normal variant and with the Omega trigger while the Glock 19 is currently available from Glock in multiple Generations including 3, 4, and 5. We’ll cover all the different variants in our CZ P01 vs Glock 19 comparison.

Despite my fondness for the P-01, I dont shoot it nearly as well as the 75B. I attribute this partly to the P-01's shorter barrel and sight radius, and also to the reduced weight of the alloy frame absorbing less of the recoil. My shots with the p-01 tend to hang left vs. the 75, especially as a shooting session continues and I get fatigued and| Р осуваլ | Բоклоህሮ χекла чибувաсιξը |

This particular CZ 75B owner would want to get our CZ 75 SP-01 Guide Rod instead. It is very rare but possible if you have an early production CZ 75B. If you just bought yours new.please disregard this information. CZ 75 Resources:
In my opinion, having owned both, the Glock 19 is the more practical choice. Slightly more concealable, larger aftermarket, and has a light rail. The CZ certainly looks nicer. Try to see if you can get a CZ SP-01 or P-01, those are the full size and compact railed variants.
Order an Armscor MAPP FS .22TCM9R barrel for it ASAP! Believe it or not the MAPP FS barrel goes in with minimal clearancing for the extractor (maybe) and with 19 round mags you have a 20 shot .22 TCM9R pushing 39 gr. HP slugs real close to 2,000 fps! [The SP01 shares the .550" barrel bushing size with the .40 caliber CZ75 and the RIA MAPP FS] I If you want a range gun, get the SP-01. If you want a gun for defense, get the G17. The G17 has a proven track record with Police and Military as a reliable defense/offense weapon. The CZ SP-01 is more accurate out of the box, but the trigger is bad; it is worse than the G17.
